As a licensed REALTOR®, Shawn Leclaire has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs for over a decade. Shawn started his real estate journey first as an investor / landlord in 2006, and then as a professional property manager in 2009. Shawn has served as the president of the Kingston Rental Property Owners Association (KRPOA) for five years and currently sits on the board of Home Base Housing.

Moving here from Toronto in 2020, Abigail Booth quickly made Kingston her home. She began working as a Leasing Agent for NomadHomes property management, was appointed as a board director for the Kingston Home Builders Association, bought her first home (which she is in-law converting!), and earned her real estate licence, all in under 2 years!

Abigail will run your open house like a pro, with her experience as an Event Coordinator and education from George Brown College.

Kateryna holds a Master’s degree in Economics, has valuable experience in Business Event planing and is in charge of all company finances at NomadHomes Inc. NomadHomes is a successful property management company that manages 100 million dollars in assets.
