The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) is a trade association that represents real estate brokers, agents, and salespeople in Canada. CREA's membership includes over 130,000 individuals, working through 90 real estate boards and associations across Canada.

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) is a Crown Corporation of the Government of Canada. It was originally established after World War II, to help returning war veterans find housing. It has since expanded its mandate to improve Canadians' "access to housing".

The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is a professional association that represents real estate brokers and salespeople who are members of Ontario's real estate boards. It has its headquarters at 99 Duncan Mill Road in Toronto.

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is Ontario’s property expert. We create and maintain a comprehensive database of information for each of the more than five million properties in Ontario. We are responsible for delivering property values, insights and services to taxpayers, municipalities, governments and businesses.

Incorporated over 50 years ago as a not-for-profit organization, the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) represents over 630 real estate professionals who are also members of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) and as such, must subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Practice.
